Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. 

 

MSAD Home does it’s best to ensure on time delivery. If a delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery. 

  

RETURNS POLICY 

All purchases unless listed as final sale are eligible for return and refund within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping fee will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. MSAD Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.  

If an item arrives damaged caused by transit contact us via email at info@miyashelae.com. We will attempt to repair your item. Should this not be possible we will arrange an exchange or replacement. We will ask for photos to determine best action. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. MSAD Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as new condition due to damage or misuse by customer. 

 

SALE AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise with prices ending in $.99 as these products are final sale clearance items. 

  

REFUND POLICY

Refunds or exchanges for returns will be processed upon the arrival to our facility. Upon return your item will be inspected, and exchanges credits or refunds will be issued for the original purchase price to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund or exchange to process. 

Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card or processed back to the original payment method. 

 

 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

MSAD Home does not honor price adjustments on items purchased prior to any sale or markdown.
